Salaam alaykum dear readers!
Many times I will make a refreshing salad by adding whatever I have on hand. This recipe is simple but full of healthy yummy ingredients!
One of the main ingredients being chickpeas which are a rich source of vitamins, minerals and fiber.
This salad can be added as a side dish but is also hearty enough to be eaten on its own.
Use this recipe as a template but feel free to switch out and change the ingredients. Exploring in the kitchen with recipes is something I am trying to do instead of strictly following recipes. This is one of those times and I encourage you to do the same with your cooking!
